Johnny Cash Comes to Rock Band 3

Johnny Cash makes his Rock Band debut next week with an eight track DLC pack of his greatest hits beginning January 4 in the Rock Band 3 Music Store.

Nine additional songs previously featured previously in several Rock Band games will also be released next week for Xbox and PlayStation 3.

The Johnny Cash Pack 01 features the tracks "Cry, Cry, Cry," "Don't Take Your Guns to Town," "Five Feet High and Rising," "Folsom Prison Blues," "I Got Stripes," "I Walk the Line," "Tennessee Flat Top Box," and "The Ballad of Ira Hayes." "I Walk the Line" and "Tennessee Flat Top Box" release as Pro Guitar/Pro Bass upgrades too (99 cents per track).

Rock Band Free Pack 01 contains Abnormality's "Visions," Anarchy Club's "Get Clean," Bang Camaro's "Night Lies," Breaking Wheel's "Shoulder to the Plow," Libyans' "Welcome to the Neighborhood," The Main Drag's "A Jagged Gorgeous Winter," Speck's "Conventional Lover," The Sterns' "Supreme Girl," and That Handsome Devil's "Rob the Prez-O-Dent."

The Johnny Cash Pack 01 DLC releases on PS3, Xbox 360 and Wii. The nine free tracks release on PS3 and Xbox 360. Tracks release as individual tracks and as "Johnny Cash Pack 01" on PS3, Xbox 360, and Wii, and as "Rock Band Free Pack 01" on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 system. Tracks costs $1.99 USD each (160 Microsoft Points, 200 Wii Points) per song, while the Johnny Cash Pack 01 costs $13.49 (1080 Microsoft Points, 1,350 Wii Points).
