What would Jupiter look like if it were the Moon? Pretty flippin' huge

Most people have some idea of where stuff is in our Solar System, but the distance between the Earth and other planets is so vast that it’s hard to really imagine. Photographer Ron Miller gives us a little perspective in an interesting series that shows what it would look like if the various planets which orbit our sun were the same distance from us as our Moon. Not only is it fascinating to notice the relative sizes (Jupiter all but fills the sky), but also to see the beautiful colors and hues of the Earth’s sisters. His photo illustrations are definitely worth a look.
