Cyber Monday

If you missed out on the stellar TV deals that retailers were offering for Black Friday, all hope is not lost: Many retailers have already launched online-only Cyber Monday deals on TVs, both large and small.

While we're not seeing discounts that match the steep price cuts offered on Black Friday (many of which are just designed to get you to step foot in their stores), we are finding some solid deals.

Read on to discover 10 of the hottest HDTV deals for Cyber Monday.

Element 19-Inch HDTV: $89.99 at Target

Deals on small HDTVs are hard to come by this Cyber Monday, which is what makes Target's sub-$100 price on Element's 19-inch LCD HDTV so appealing, even though Target is one of the only retailers on this list not offering free shipping.

This TV is just about $100 with the $9.99 shipping added in (and that's before any sales tax), but consider this: Walmart was offering a refurbished version of this TV for the same price (minus a penny) and that sold out online already.

This TV isn't likely to wow you over with its audio or video quality, but it's a solid deal on a TV that will fit nicely in a kitchen or kid's room.

Specs: 19-inch, 720p, 60hz, LCD, 1 HDMI input | More info

Westinghouse 32-Inch HDTV: $179 at Amazon.com

This TV may not be the biggest, flashiest HDTV around. But, at $179, it's the just about the cheapest 32-inch model we could find online, and Amazon is offering free Super Saver shipping.

And don't knock it for its 720p resolution: with a screen this size (or any under 40 inches), your eyes aren't likely to notice the resolution boost that 1080p would offer.

This could be a great second TV set for a kid's room or your rec room.

Specs: 32-inch, 720p, 60Hz, LED | More info

Sharp 40-Inch HDTV: $399.99 at Best Buy

This LED TV may be considered basic by some standards as it lacks 3D and any smart TV features, and its 40-inch screen isn't the biggest one out there.

But this price, just under $400 with free shipping, is a deal: Target is selling this same TV for $549.

For your money, you're getting a versatile-sized TV that will fit in many locations, and won't overpower a small room.

Model: LC-40LE431U

Specs: 40-inch, 1080p, 60Hz, LED, 3 HDMI inputs | More info

Toshiba 46-Inch HDTV: $499.99* at TigerDirect

Wondering why there's an asterisk next to this price? That's because it factors in a $100 mail-in rebate. You actually pay $599.99 up front.

But even at $599.99 (with free shipping), this TV is still a bargain when you consider that most retailers are pricing it well north of $600. (Even Walmart is selling it for $698.)

We can't vouch for its performance, but this model looks good on paper. And when you add in that paper check that you'll be getting back in the mail, it looks even better.

Model: 46L5200U

Specs: 46-inch, 1080p, 120Hz, LED, 3 HDMI inputs | More info

Samsung 46-Inch HDTV: $599.99 at Best Buy

If a smart TV is more your thing, consider Samsung's 46-inch smart model on sale at Best Buy, which is offering free shipping on all TVs and in-store pick up on many models.

It allows you access to a variety of Internet services, including Netflix, Pandora, Facebook, YouTube, and others. And Best Buy is the only retailer we found offering it for less than $600; in fact, it's listed at nearly $700 or more almost everywhere else.

Model: UN46EH5300

Specs: 46-inch, 1080p, 60Hz, LED, Smart TV, 2 USB ports | More info

Sony BRAVIA 40-Inch HDTV: $445.39 at Amazon.com

HDTVs with 40-inch screens for less than $400 are hard to come by, and most of them bottom out at closer to $500.

This Sony model splits the difference between those two landmarks, selling for the odd price of $445.39 as part of Amazon's Cyber Deals week.

Its specs won't blow you away, and we can't vouch for its performance, but Amazon is offering a good deal (and free shipping) on what looks to be a solid TV that sells elsewhere for just about $500.

Model: KDL40BX450

Specs: 40-inch, 1080p, 60Hz, LCD, 2 HDMI inputs | More info

Panasonic VIERA 47-Inch HDTV: $699.99 at Amazon.com

On paper, this TV looks great, as it boasts all the must-have specs for a solid HDTV.

It has 1080p resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, 4 HDMI inputs, and the deal also throws in the ability to connect to Panasonic's online VIERA Connect services.

We haven't laid eyes on it, but it sounds pretty darn good. So, too, does Amazon's TV Low Price Guarantee, which allows you a credit for the difference if you find another retailer offering this model for less within 14 days of purchase.

And the price looks good: We couldn't find another retailer offering this TV for less than $700, with most selling it for upwards of $800.

Model: TC-L47E50

Specs: 47-Inch, 1080p, 120Hz, LED, 4 HDMI inputs | More info

Sharp Aquos 60-Inch HDTV: $688 at Sears

If you're looking for a TV simply based on its price-to-size ratio, this offering from Sears could be the one for you.

It's not easy to find a 60-inch HDTV selling in this price range. While we haven't laid eyes on this particular model, it does list a decent set of specs.

Sears is one of the few retailers that is not trying to lure shoppers with free shipping on all the HDTVs it has on sale. However, Sear will give you free in-store pick up where available.

Model: LC60E69U

Specs: 60-inch, 1080p, 120Hz, LCD, 4 HDMI inputs | More info

Panasonic 50-Inch HDTV: $638 at Amazon.com

Amazon.com is offering this big-screen HDTV for $638, the exact same price you'll find it selling for at Sam's Club, but keep in mind that you need a membership to the discount retailer if you want to avoid paying a 10-percent surcharge. (Both retailers offer free shipping.)

This model doesn't boast the highest-end specs; while its 1080p resolution is good, its 60Hz refresh rate falls short of the 120Hz and 240Hz that seem more standard on higher-end big screen TVs.

But this 50-inch model offers a good value for the price.

Model: TC-L50EM5

Specs: 50-inch, 1080p, 60Hz, LED, 2 HDMI inputs | More info

Vizio 32-Inch 3D HDTV: $298 at Amazon.com

You don't have to break the bank to give the gift of 3D this holiday season.

Amazon is offering one of the best deals we could find on a 3D TV, selling this Vizio model for less than $300. (Most other retailers have priced this TV closer to $350.)

At 32 inches, this screen will not blow you away with its size, but it will give you a taste of 3D in a TV that's small enough to fit easily in most any living space. Two pairs of 3D glasses are included.

Model: E3D320VX

Specs: 32-Inch, 1080p, 3D, LCD, Vizio Internet Apps with built-in Wi-Fi | More info
