Netflix Arrives on PS3: First Look

In October Netflix announced you will be able to stream Netflix movies and TV shows on to your PlayStation 3 (PS3) game console. This Saturday it is finally became available.

Here is how it works. If you have a Netflix $8.99/month subscription and a PlayStation 3, you will be able to use the Netflix "Watch Instantly" service on your console. To watch Netflix movies on your PS3, you will need to order a free special Blu-ray disc from Netflix, which then you will have to insert into your PS3 every time you want to watch a movie.

Here is my hands on first look.

After loading your "Instant Streaming Disc" you can watch any videos on your Instant Queue. Keep in mind there is no video browsing. You must add videos to your queue through the PlayStation browser or on a computer.
