The Best Tech Deals of the Week

We'll show you where to get the best prices on a cool Casio camera, an unlocked BlackBerry smartphone, and more.

SanDisk Sansa Fuze 2GB MP3 Player

You bought your iPod, you broke your iPod, and now you're too broke for another iPod. Buy.com has your back on this one, offering the 2GB SanDisk Sansa Fuze. This is a full-featured MP3 player with audio quality comparable to the iPod Nano at a much better price. We reviewed the 4GB version and liked its extra features, such as the microSD slot and the FM tuner, though its video playback didn't impress. Still, at almost $54 including shipping, however, it's a steal at about $30 under retail price.

Canon Pixma MX 7600 Multifunction Printer

Mixing business with pleasure is not always a good idea. In the case of the Canon Pixma MX 7600 multifunction printer, however, it's a great idea: You can use this device to print, scan, fax, and copy anything you need for work, and print out your vacation photos after hours. An even better idea, however, is picking it up from Buy.com, where it's selling for only $255 with free shipping--$145 cheaper than the retail price. Note that some of your savings will have to go toward a USB cable, as this Pixma doesn't come with one.

Casio Exilim EX-S5

Now that you have a picture printer, you'll need something to take pictures with. Enter the Casio Exilim EX-S5, a 10-megapixel camera with a 3X optical zoom and some impressive image processing options. Head to Buy.com, where it’s selling for $132, about 55 percent cheaper than its $300 retail price.

Blackberry Curve 8300 (unlocked)

You may be living the corporate life, but you're still a free spirit at heart--and you hate cell phone contracts. Grab yourself an unlocked Blackberry Curve 8300 for only $200 from CircuitCity.com. This is $100 off the retail price and an absolute steal for an unlocked phone--especially a quad-band smartphone like this one, which scored high marks with us. Freedom isn't free, but it is occasionally on sale.

Dell Latitude E5400

Gizmos and gadgets are great, but you're looking for a laptop that can handle the demands of everyday use without breaking your bank account. Fortunately, the Dell Latitude E5400 comes in right on cue; it packs a 2.4GHz Intel Core 2 Duo Processor, a 14.1-inch widescreen display, 2GB of memory, a 160GB hard drive, an 8X-speed DVD-ROM drive (add $50 for a DVD burner), 802.11b/g Wi-Fi wireless networking, and Windows Vista preinstalled. If the price of $649 from The Dell Online Store catches your interest, but you're not sure about this model, maybe a look at our information on the Latitude E5400 will help you make up your mind.
